How does it work?

Heardat is a web based system that includes CRM (customer relationship management) features. General Practice and patient management features as well as EDI with integrated billing software called LOXO Billing, a platform by Heardat. A setup fee is charged and there after a monthly license fee is payable. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, only 30days notice is required.

We meet virtually for a brief 30min where:
• We access your individual needs
• Answer any questions
• Show you the ‘good stuff’ (demonstration)

STEP 2
Get the minimal paperwork done and we set up your profile (1 day) Provide initial training (virtual or on site)

STEP 3
We embark with you on your journey and will infinitely be by your side with excellent service, support and advice.
We constantly check in and ensure that all users are comfortable in using the system to increase your business’s ROI (return on investment).
